At The Journal Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new stationery isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
